About Jo

Being a double Olympian, health and wellbeing has been central to Jo's life. Jo  trained as a chiropractor after a BSc and MSc in sports science.  After working with many clients who had chronic health issues, she then trained in naturopathic nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine based in London and also completed the Institute of Functional Medicine's AFMCP program.

Before her chiropractic and nutrition career, Jo was an Olympic athlete and a qualified fitness instructor, going on to work full-time as an Olympic athletes' lifestyle counsellor for the English Institute of Sport. 

With such a great mix of tools in her box, Jo is passionate about providing nutritional and lifestyle support to promote health and well being. Throughout the years her focus has remained consistent; helping people find their 'why' to improve their health and working on getting clients' bodies back into balance through chiropractic, nutritional support and lifestyle counselling. We only get one body. We need to look after it.

Jo is always updating her knowledge through attending courses and seminars to ensure she can support her clients in the best way possible.
